Rare Vintage Pitambari Saree hand woven zari (Silver Treads) Saree of late 19th Century. Made to order for some Royal Families especially for weddings. This saree is woven in Banarasi style using 40% silver zari. Approximately 240 gms zari is used. This particular saree was woven in and around Siddipet,Telangana.The saree is woven all over design on sky blue color base and the border woven on blue base with added zari tissue. The pallu is woven on blue base with added buttas and saree comes with attached blouse piece. This Languishing weave revived by TSCO & made available for Handlooms lovers to buy & cherish.
